Data we collect
Name, venue name, email, phone number and the interest you indicate in the form. If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, the data you send us yourself.
What for
To contact you about your request and prepare your demo (legal basis: your consent). If you tick the optional box, also to send you news and tips; you can withdraw it whenever you want. To handle requests in order of priority we use an artificial-intelligence tool that scores the interest of each request; no automated decisions with legal effects are taken about you.
Retention
For as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask for deletion.
Who processes your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required. To handle your request we use providers acting as data processors:
- Hosting and database for the form: our own server rented from Hetzner (data centre in the United States).
- Request management: Notion.
- Internal notices: Telegram.
- Email: Google (Gmail), to notify us of your request and send you the automatic reply.
- Request scoring with AI: Google (Gemini).
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the USA), covered by the safeguards in their contracts (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the contact email. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
